In October 2023, the 8th Specialized Congress (5th International Congress) of Hospital Build and Facility Management was held in Tehran with the aim of coordination between all institutions in the field of hospital construction and to build and equip new hospitals based on the latest international and national standards and to provide better services. As an Association of Iran Hospital Construction Companies’ member Mr. Eng. Raste the CEO of CE142 gave a speech about the challenges and problems that contractors have to deal with in the field of hospital construction.
