Jam Residantial and official complex is located in the middle of city within a land of 2000 squere meter area. Official building is a 3 story structure with 1535 squre meters of infrastructure and the rasidantial is the same but with 625 squere meters (two apartmants in each stroy).
The bulidings have concrete stuctures and the ceilings are joist block. The false cielings are prefabricated
