142 Civil Engineers Group was established in May 1980 firstly named 142 cooperative Company and since then, this company has attempted to take part in development of the country in its capability and thanks to God, this was realized from the beginning by the attempts and endeavors of this company's engineers and from the earlier years of it's establishment, this company has completed many projects in the best way and was honored with some plaques of gratitude from High Rank Authorities.

In 1986, in order to increase capabilities and use existing facilities appropriately, the company's nature was changed to private Joint stock and it was renamed '' 142 Civil Engineers Group'' . Also in 1984, installations activities and in 1995 hospital equipment activities were added to the activities of this company. It is noteworthy that in most of the projects, this company has been constructional and installations contractor. Meanwhile, this company has succeeded in publishing 3 books regarding ''Hospital Maintenance'' so far.

While aiming to participate in the execution of national projects as of its establishment and acting in the same field, 142 company has attempted to use its previous experiences for increasing its capabilities, which are detailed in next pages.
